Course Overview

This degree equips students with industry-relevant skills in cloud technologies, network architecture, and data infrastructure to meet the growing demand for cloud engineers and architects in the digital economy. It integrates theoretical knowledge with hands-on skills via AWS and CISCO aligned modules, ensuring readiness for certifications and global careers in cloud systems engineering.

Curriculum

• Level 1: Databases, Networking, System Software, Python, Security, Web Development, Entrepreneurship.
• Level 2: Java, Mobile Tech, Network Security, Routing, Data Centre Infra, System Dev Methods, Research, HCI, Web Apps.
• Level 3: Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Architecture, Edge Computing, Project Management, Advanced DB, Final Year Project.
• Internship: 16 weeks

Entry Requirements

• STPM: 2 Passes with minimum Grade C (GP 2.0) in any subject with a Credit in Mathematics at SPM.
• A-Level: 2 Passes with a Credit in Mathematics at SPM/O-Level/IGCSE or equivalent.
• UEC: 5 Grade B Passes in any subjects including Mathematics.
• Matriculation/Foundation: Pass with minimum CGPA of 2.0 and a Credit in Mathematics at SPM/IGCSE/O-Level or equivalent.
• Diploma: Science, Technology or Business studies with minimum CGPA of 2.50 and with Credit in Mathematics at SPM/IGCSE or equivalent.
• ICT Related Diplomas: Minimum CGPA of 2.50 and fulfilment of Credit Transfer requirements subject to APU approval. CGPA above 2.0 and below 2.5 subject to rigorous assessment.

English Requirements

• TOEFL IBT: 40
• Pearson (PTE): 47
• MUET: Band 3.5
