The Penang Port handles 18% of total ship calls while the Bayan Lepas Air Cargo Terminal handles 24% of air cargo in Malaysia annually. As the Ministry of Transport endeavours to develop the country into an international logistics hub, the demand for logistics professionals has increased significantly in recent years.This programme equips students with the theoretical and practical knowledge of logistics that meets the demands of the logistics industry.

Graduates of Diploma in Logistics Management are highly sought after in the transportation industry such as fleet management, freight forwarding, import/ export, inventory management, warehouse management, as well as in government agencies as enforcement officers and auditors and finance and insurance sectors as service providers, appraisers and surveyors.
