| Community College certificate (MQF Level 3) in a related field | 2.00 CGPA |
| Other MQF-Level-3 certificates in a related field, from Polytechnic or other providers of higher education | 2.00 CGPA |
| Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by MSU Senate or the Government of Malaysia | |
