Graduates are qualified as probationary estate agent with full exemption from written examinations fro Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia (BOVAEP).

Our graduates are resourceful and competent with in-depth knowledge on various aspects of real estate agency management.

Students are able to contribute to the real estate industry and abide by the
ethical and professional standards and codes.

Internship (16 Weeks)

Entry Requirements

• Minimum 3 credits in SPM with credit in Mathematics and pass in BM/BI or other subjects or
• Minimum Pass with 3Bs (Including Mathematics /Account/Commerce/Science/Business
• Other equivalent qualification recognized by the Government of Malaysia
