This programme trains and equips students for a career in the commercial real estate industry. Students are trained to develop the knowledge and skills to value, plan, develop the knowledge and skills to value, plan, develop, manage, acquire and dispose of real estate for property owners and investment clients.
The students are developed with profound business knowledge and personal skills such as problem solving, IT and financial analysis which in future will enhance their employability.
Develop interpersonal and key skills to enable them to work effectively on their own and within teams and to be able to meet challenges of working in a changeable environment.

DIPLOMA
Accredited diploma in estate management or equivalent with minimum CGPA of 2.0

Pass in TWO (2) subjects

Five (5) Bs (Including pass in Mathematics)
