The programme trains & equips students with quantity surveyors’ knowledge & skills in organizing, controlling and managing the costing of building projects from building economics to contracts and construction law, and from construction technology to
project management.
The students are developed to be an innovative individual and team player with problem solving and transferable skills necessary to succeed in this ever-changing field.
Develop the personal and key skills to enable them to work effectively on their own and within teams and to be able to meet the challenges.
FOUNDATION?
Approved foundation programme with minimum CGPA of 2.50 (Plus Math Credit in SPM)
DIPLOMA?
Accredited diploma in quantity surveying or equivalent with minimum CGPA of 2.67
STPM?
Full pass or minimum Grade C (2.0) in 2 subjects (Plus Math Credit in SPM)
A-LEVEL?
Pass in TWO (2) subjects (Plus Math Credit in O - Level)
UEC?
Five (5) Bs (Including pass in Mathematics)
