The Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) is a 4-year programme designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and skills essential for the civil industry, particularly in design and construction. The programme combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications through hands-on training and an 8-week industrial training component.
Accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Council Malaysia (EAC) and Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), the curriculum covers structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, water resources, transportation systems, and construction management. Students will undertake two thesis projects and have opportunities to specialize through technical electives in their final year.

Year 1: Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Mechanics, Construction Materials, Engineering Survey
Year 2: Structural Analysis, Fluid Mechanics, Soil Mechanics, Hydraulics and Hydrology
Year 3: Reinforced Concrete Design, Geotechnical Engineering, Water Engineering, Industrial Training (8 weeks)
Year 4: Thesis Projects, Infrastructure Design, Construction Management, Technical Electives (Prestressed Concrete, Advanced Steel Design, Water Resources, etc.)
