Course Overview

The Bachelor of Creative Multimedia Design program prepares students for the evolving creative industry with comprehensive training in multimedia technologies. The curriculum covers sound/video production, visual effects, 2D/3D animation, web development, digital photography, and interactive media design.

With a strong practical emphasis, students work on industry-based projects using state-of-the-art facilities including multimedia labs and studios. The program develops both technical skills and creative thinking through hands-on projects and collaborative work.

Year 1: Drawing, Design History, Graphic Design Theory, Conceptual Studies

Year 2: Professional Practice, Typography Design, Visual Communication, Narrative/Storyboarding

Year 3: Advanced Multimedia Applications, Portfolio Development, Industry Projects

Entry Requirements

• UEC: Pass with Grade B in (5) subjects
• STPM: Pass STPM with at least Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in any (2) subjects
• Foundation/Matriculation: Pass with GPA 2.00
• Diploma: Recognized Diploma (Level 4, MQF) with Minimum CGPA 2.00
• Others: Other equivalent qualification approved by the Government of Malaysia
• English Requirement: IELTS: 5.0 | TOEFL PBT: 500 | MUET: Band 3
