Curriculum

Our MBBS is delivered over 10 semesters, where Semesters 1 to 4 cover Phase 1 Pre-Clinical Subjects. Semester 6 onwards, students cover Clinical Subjects and spend most of their time in bed-side teaching at our partner teaching hospitals.

**The NEET is required for Indian citizens who wish to work in India [subject to fulfilling the National Medical Commission (Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate) Regulations, 2021 dated 18 November 2021 and any other regulations]
**Those who do not intend to work as a medical practitioner in India must provide a signed letter of undertaking witnessed by a Lawyer or Commissioner of Oath. This letter of undertaking must clearly state that they will not seek registration with the National Medical Commission of India.

International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme

Minimum overall score of 33 points, with 2 science subjects (Biology and Chemistry) at Higher Level (HL) and Mathematics at HL AND attained a minimum score of 5 each in:

Notes:

  1. The minimum age requirement for entry into a medical programme is 18 years old during admissions.
  2. Malaysian citizens seeking employment in the public sector must fulfil the criteria set by the Public Services Commission of Malaysia (SPA).
  3. A person with any of the following shall be disqualified from entry into a medical programme:
    • Found guilty of offence(s) affecting the human body
    • Recent or serious dishonesty e.g., cheating at examinations, falsification of documents, plagiarism
    • Serious physical or mental illness
    • Serious communicable disease(s)
