The Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching and Learning (CIDTL) is designed to develop a teacher’s ability via key education theories, concepts and reflective practice to promote active learning in students and is taught by experienced educators & faculty members from various disciplines.
The Cambridge Diploma is benchmarked to the Framework for Higher Education Qualifications (FHEQ) Level 5 for England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The Diploma comprises the same Module 1 as the Certicate plus two additional modules related to practice. Candidates must achieve a Pass in Module 1 (Certicate) to progress to Module 2. Modules 2 and 3 will deepen and extend their knowledge, understanding and skills, and lead to the award of the Diploma. Candidates must pass Module 2 before entering Module 3.
