This Diploma in Tourism Management programme is specially designed to meet the growing needs of tourism and related industries such as airlines, cruise, entertainment or cultural organisations and the event management industry. Students will be equipped with comprehensive knowledge in tourism industries and will be exposed to both theoretical and hands-on learning opportunities. In addition, the industrial training programme will provide students with valuable experience, which will assist them in their career planning as well as full-time job opportunities.
Through its strong curriculum design that involves participation from the industry and various stakeholders, students will have an exciting career opportunity at management, supervisory and administrative positions in the tourism industry.
| 1 | A pass in SPM/SPMV with at least credit in 3 subjects; OR |
| 2 | A pass in UEC with at least Grade B in 3 subjects; OR |
| 3 | A pass in O-Level with at least Grade C in 3 subjects; OR |
| 4 | A pass in STPM or its equivalent with at least Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in one subject; OR |
| 5 | A pass in STAM (Maqbul Level); OR |
| 6 | A pass in SKM Level 3 in a related field and a pass in SPM with at least credit in 1 subject and attended intensive programme (if necessary); OR |
| 7 | A pass in Sijil Kolej Komuniti that equivalent with Level 3 MQF in a related field and a pass in SPM with at least credit in 1 subject and attended intensive programme (if necessary); OR |
| 8 | A pass in certificate (Level 3, MQF) in a related field with at least CGPA 2.00; OR |
| 9 | Other related equivalent qualifications |
