By studying for a degree in Marketing, you will develop skills and knowledge of the key strategic and operational aspects of marketing, and you will gain an awareness of the external marketing environment.
Strategic and operational aspects of marketing include the formulation of marketing strategies, managing the marketing function and its positioning relative to other key business functions, advertising and branding, customer relations management, application of information technology, and e-marketing.
The external marketing environment encompasses consumer behaviour and customer psychology, marketing communication, public relations and marketing research. This course programme also provides coverage across the broader range of business and management subjects, developing knowledge and understanding of organisations, their management and the changing external environment.

1 | A pass in Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum grade C (GP 2.00) in any 2 subjects, and a pass in Mathematics and English at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or any equivalent qualification; OR |
2 | A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM), with a minimum Grade of Jayyid, and a pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level; OR |
3 | Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with 5 credits; OR |
4 | Pass Matriculation/Foundation/Pre-university with a minimum of CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00 or any equivalent qualification; OR |
5 | Any qualifications equivalent to Diploma (Level 4, MQF) or advanced diploma (Level 5, MQF); OR |
6 | Other related equivalent qualifications recognised by the Government of Malaysia. |
