Course Overview

The program is a double major program in which it consist of economics and finance specialization. The program aims to fulfill the needs of industry and to produce a group of graduates who have analytical skills in the financial sector as well as management and decision making skills based on the economic behaviour.

Investment Analysis
Money and Capital Market

Year Three
Econometrics
Industrial Economics
International Financial Management
Security Analysis and Management

Year Four
Internship (6 months)

Entry Requirements

i. Meet the minimum requirements of the MQA recommended program/ entry qualification standards in force for student recruitment during the period; or

ii. Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the government

Any changes to the Program Standards will apply to new cohort students only

The implementation of entry eligibility requirements based on this Program Standard is applicable based on the stipulations that have been stated in the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) circular when enforcing the application of a Program standard.
