Course Overview

Approved by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency, Nilai U’s B.B.A. (Hons) in Human Resource Management is designed to provide you with the vital knowledge, skills, techniques and expertise focusing on the management of the most vital asset in an organisation i.e. the individuals, who contribute individually and collectively to achieving the set objectives of an organisation. Here, you will be trained to become qualified and competent professionals in Human Resource Management and will also learn how to create a working environment in which employees will be motivated, productive and happy.

Curriculum

* Students who have completed the Graduate Preparatory Course at the diploma level are not required to take this course again, but are required to take an additional University Course to ensure that a total of four (4) MPU2 courses are taken.

** DS3024 and DS3025 are meant to be for local students while DS3027 and DS3026 are for international students.

Entry Requirements

• STPM or equivalent: 2Cs and pass Mathematics and English in SPM
• UEC: 5Bs including Mathematics and English
• Foundation/Matriculation: Minimum CGPA 2.00
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma: Minimum CGPA 2.00

ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT (for international students)*

• IELTS: 5.5 OR
• TOEFL: 450 (PBT)/ 46 (iBT) OR
• Pearson: 42 OR
• MUET: 3

*International students with qualifications from educational systems where English language is the main medium of instruction are exempted from this requirement.

International students who do not fulfil the English Language Requirement may join the Intensive English Programme at Nilai University which builds their skills in the language and prepares them for the TOEFL/ IELTS examination.
