Course Overview

Diploma in Creative multimedia furnish students with an understanding of the skills and technologies used for developing multimedia products for all types of digital media. Skills are trained in areas such as web design, computer graphics, digital imaging, animation, Content Management System (CMS) design and development, web programming, digital video, audio and digital publishing.  Terra’s main goal of offering this course is to develop multitasking students with practical skills and knowledge in creative Multimedia field associated with graphic design industry and provide opportunity to students who are more interested and inclined to the flow of creative skills; innovative and skilled in every aspect of multimedia design, in line with the rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT). Terra’s Diploma in Creative Multimedia is a qualification for admission for Degree courses in partner Universities.

Business Principles, Computer Application In Art & Design, Basic Outdoor Recreation Basic Drawing, Typography, History of Art, Business Communication, Digital Photography, Drawing 1, Packaging Design, 2D Animation, Printing Technology, Drawing 2, Visual Basic, Visual Communication, Web Publishing, Digital Audio, Electronic Publishing, Internet e-Business, 3D Animation, Advertising Design, Video Production, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Multimedia Final Project, Internship, Business English, Occupational English, Pengajian Malaysia, Pengajian Islam/Moral, Bahasa Kebangsaan.

Note:

• Candidates must sit for all papers in 6 semesters.
• In addition, they undergo internship for 14 weeks.

Entry Requirements

• SPM/UEC/O-Level - Minimum 3 credits (including a pass in Bahasa Melayu and History) or
• Certificate in Creative Multimedia holders (credit exemption granted)
